I am safe because:
- I know my address, my phone number, the name of my parents, but I do not tell them to anyone;
- I always tell my parents where and with whom I go out;
- I ask my parents’ permission if I want to go somewhere after my courses;
- I do not open the door if I am home alone and I am not waiting for someone;
- I accept presents or sweets only with my parents’ permission;
In order to surf safely on the Internet, I must:
- Announce my parents when I want to log in;
- Observe the rules established together with them, regarding the internet and mail;
- Immediately tell my parents if someone asks me personal or intimate questions;
- Never give my address, phone number, age, school or other information to those I talk to on the Internet;
- Announce my parents if someone on the Internet asks me to meet him, even if is a familiar person;
- Only give my password for log in to my parents. The password is just like the door of a house, no stranger should ask for it;
- Never phone a stranger whom I met on the Internet. I must first talk with my parents about this;
- Be polite with those I get into contact on the Internet, just like in everyday life;
- Check the information on the Internet, asking my parents, teacher, professors or searching in a dictionary;
- Always ask my parents before downloading files from the Internet on my computer, doing shopping online or going in for contests;
- Observe the same rules when using the Internet, no matter where I am: at home, at school, at my friends’ house;
- Talk with my parents about any disturbing content of texts or messages encountered on the Internet that made feel uncomfortable;
- Not answer the malicious messages or those that make feel embarrassed;
- Use occasionally the Internet, as it costs money. I have other hobbies too: playing with my friends, going to the movie or to recreation parks with my parents.
